You can try a session in our community room. Most folks find that it gives them enough privacy. No disrobing is necessary (see the next section). Our conversations are usually carried on at whisper level. Those with hearing loss may need to use written notes as a communication aid. The initial consultation does not last longer than 10 minutes. If you are used to extensive consultations with your former acupuncturist, community acupuncture will be a change for you. We offer acupuncture, mainly, at these reduced fees. If you feel dissatisfied with your treatment here, it may simply mean that you need to return to a style of acupuncture more suited to your needs.
