Broken appointments can be costly to both practitioner and patient, in terms of wasting a slot that could have been filled with someone who needed to come in at that time. As a courtesy to both, we ask that you give the clinic at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. Less than 24 hours’ notice warrants paying full price for that appointment, even if you cannot keep it. The same policy applies to appointments when the patient simply does not appear at the scheduled time.
